Meet the Founder

Vanina is an internationally accomplished chef and hospitality leader, with nearly two decades of experience across Europe and Latin America. Her career includes leadership positions at internationally recognised venues such as Osaka, Bambuddha, Soho House, and Gordon Ramsay’s flagship restaurant, where she refined her expertise in concept development, guest experience, operations, and commercial strategy.

Today, through VP7 Smart Hospitality, Vanina partners with developers, investors, and hospitality operators to create distinctive restaurants, luxury lifestyle destinations, and hospitality concepts that combine memorable experiences with operational excellence and long-term value.
